Horse Association
The Minnesota 4-H Horse Association is the policy making organization for the Minnesota 4-H Horse Project. The association oversees events, activities, materials, and resources. Directors are elected adults and youth representing each district in the state and the chairs of standing committees. Director responsibilities include attending meetings, representing the district, assisting with events, and participating in decision making.

Grants
Grants are available to provide counties/clusters with funds and incentives to plan and conduct Minnesota 4-H horse program educational activities.
Judges
Certified judges are required for state qualifying county horse shows and
for the Training project.

(PDF). They are not required for judging Horseless or Horse Related
projects.
Judges Certification is held every spring at the Minnesota 4-H Horse Judges Seminar.
Listserver
The listserver is a special type of email response program operated by the University. It allows people interested in the 4-H Horse Project to exchange ideas, methods and opinions. An email is sent to the listserver which in turn sends it on to the list membership. Your email address is not know to other list members. In order to subscribe to the listserver you must fill out the subscription form.

Minnesota.
They are your local contact for questions about many of the 4-H
programs.

If you have questions about 4-H programs or want to join this is the place to start. The Horse Project is one of the largest projects in Minnesota 4-H, but don't limit yourself. Check out all the other projects. You are sure to find others you will like.

programs.
They are an excellent source of information.

The Extension Division is the major educational outreach arm of the University of Minnesota.
