Judge's Certification
Every spring a Minnesota 4-H Horse Judges Seminar is held where new people can apply to become a Certified 4-H Horse Judge or Certified 4-H Judges can be recertified.
Certified 4-H Horse Judges must attend a Minnesota 4-H Horse Judges Seminar once every three years, to be recertified, to remain on the current 4-H Horse Judges list, that comes out in September for the following year.

How to use NEW Judges Directory
There is a new format to the Judges list. They have been asked to rate their comfort level on several horse show categories.
The level refers to the number of years they have held their judges card and the number of 4-H qualifying shows they have judged.
