Judge's Certification
Every spring a Minnesota 4-H Horse Judges Seminar is held where new people can apply to become a Certified 4-H Horse Judge or Certified 4-H Judges can be recertified.
Certified 4-H Horse Judges must attend a Minnesota 4-H Horse Judges Seminar once every three years, to be recertified, to remain on the current 4-H Horse Judges list, that comes out in September for the following year.
