MN 4-H Horse Project Volunteer Hours

Please use this form to record hours you have spent volunteering for Minnesota 4-H Horse Association activities.  Such as Association Meetings (don't forget committee meetings), Bowls, Dan Patch, Horse Show, Winter Round Up, Expo etc.  Don't forget computer time, phone calls, material development.  You do not have to be on the Association Board of Directors to submit hours.  You may submit them by event or monthly.

Volunteer hours are important for use in fund raising, grant writing and annual reports.  The hours will be compiled at the end of the year.  Individual names will not be used.
