| The Minnesota 4-H
Horse Association is the policy making
organization for the Minnesota 4-H Horse
Project. The association oversees events,
activities, materials, and resources. Directors
are elected adults and youth representing each
district in the state and chairs of standing
committees. Director responsibilities include
attending meetings, representing the district,
assisting with events, and participating in
decision making. |
